Turn indicator and four-way not working
Hi,
I have a 1987 Volvo 240 station wagon, and have been having some issues with the turn indicators and four-way flashers. Namely, they don’t work. There’s no buzzing or any noise at all, just silence.
Ive checked all the fuses, the flasher relay, made sure power is running through everything, and I’ve tried putting in a new flasher relay but that didn’t fix anything either. I’ve been looking around for a solution and checked with a couple friends who’ve worked on 240s before but so far we’ve come up flat.
any ideas? Thank you.

well, I'd find a wiring diagram, and start at the flasher relay socket with a volt meter, verify the pins that should have power do have power, verify that if you jump from the power in to the output signal, the turn signals come on, etc.
Thank you everyone.
I've checked and everything has power, likewise the flasher relay. While trying to figure it out this afternoon, I turned the car on, flicked the turn indicators on, and both left and right started working (though the 4-way did not). Once I turned the car off, they stopped working. I tried this a few more times, though only succeeded in getting the indicators going on two of the attempts.
